  Sushi and Sashimi
All platters are served with pickled ginger, soy sauce, wasabi, and chopsticks.

Vegetarian Sushi Platter - cucumber rolls, roasted pepper and pesto, tamagoyaki, futomaki with carrot, cucumber and avocado.

Fish Sushi Platter - fresh tuna and salmon nigiri, tamago, crab and tuna gunkan, cucumber norimaki, Mediterranean chicken and sun-dried tomatomaki, sweet chilli chickenmaki, roasted pepper and pestomaki.

Combination Platter - fresh tuna, salmon, smoked salmon and prawn nigiri (scallop andmackerel depending on availability), crab and tuna gunkan, Philadelphia rolls, California rolls, tekkamaki and sakemaki.
